English voices - other language subs

Anyone knows, if there is possibility to switch subs to other language, but keep original voices(english, i mean)?

According to the store page these are the languages you have:
Languages:
Interface Full Audio Subtitles
English ✔ ✔ ✔
French ✔ ✔ ✔
German ✔ ✔ ✔
Italian ✔ ✔ ✔
Japanese ✔ ✔ ✔
Spanish - Spain ✔ ✔ ✔
Russian ✔ ✔ ✔

So you should be able to change them in settings

Nope, when you change language in steam settings - text and voices both become that language. This is my questions - can i change subtitles ONLY? Maybe in some ini file?
