Support Guide: Read this if you have any problems!
Hi everyone,

If you have any issues running the game (such as black screens, no sound, etc), we are very sorry! Please email us at support@catobyte.com, and include the Catobyte.zip file:


If using Windows:
  • Right click on this folder: C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/LocalLow/Catobyte, and click "Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder".
  • Please attach the Catobyte.zip file to an email and send it to us at support@catobyte.com.
(If you can't find this folder, you might need to Show Hidden Files in Windows. To do this, follow this guide: Showing Hidden Files in Windows[support.microsoft.com])

If using Mac:
  • Open Finder, then press command + shift + G.
  • Type in ~/Library/Logs/, and then press return.
  • You should see a folder named "Catobyte". Right-click on this folder, then select Compress "Catobyte". A file called Catobyte.zip will be created below the folder.
  • Open Finder, then press command + shift + G.

  • Please attach the Catobyte.zip file to an email and send it to us at support@catobyte.com. Please also tell us which Mac (e.g, 2020 Macbook Air, 2021 iMac, etc), which CPU (Intel or M1), and which MacOS version (e.g, Big Sur, Monterey, etc) you are using.

Once again, we apologise if you have any problems running the game! We will aim to resolve these quickly in the next update!

I've found that on the tropical level in basketball, if you score a goal by pushing the ball under the water and making it go up through the hoop the screen becomes half white and half blue, testing to see if scoring through the bottom of the hoop does this on other levels

That sounds unusual. If you can reproduce it, would you be able to send us an image?

Hi everyone,

It appears the Steam services may have been having trouble with invites, although we have seen reports that it is now fixed.

If anyone is still experiencing problems with this, please let us know!

If you fly using your partner you can get to several palm trees in the beach level where you can crash the game if you run into them. They are mostly palm trees that would be out of bounds for a single player

I bought this game with a friend today. I like it very much, but I am not in the same place as him, so I can only go online, but once we are online, it will show the disconnection many times. Want to ask why?

Why when I try to download Super Bunny man, I have an error (an error has occurred while update) and this game I have disappeared from steam but shows that I have it in the library.
