I found that guy and he says that you have to live there. So to me that says I have to buy a property over there but I didn't see any on the property list

i think there is a "hidden" door south of sector c . seens you´ll need to buy a key.
you´ll find it if you check along the wall.

Eddis call doesnt pop up if you dont start a new save in this update. after eddis call you will be able to get in sector C

dude, i´m exploring the sewers again. i´ll find a way. i´m pretty shure the only place to buy that key is inside sector c^^.

eventually when you get enough respect in downtown and are able to unlock construction site in sector c you will get a call from eddie saying cartel got you hooked with an apartment in sector c and you can enter via the tunnel as a regular citizen,
smuggling dope is on the other hand something else entirely. this is the official way to enter sector c in the right time.
there are other entry points as well as ways to smuggle merchandise as you can see from the posts above but i have yet to get to that point and i have a hint on how to do it but i wont spoil it for you.

Thank you I really don't want to have to start a new save. It's taken me forever to get to level 54 and I have so much stuff it would just be a turn off for me to have to start over

Thank you I really don't want to have to start a new save. It's taken me forever to get to level 54 and I have so much stuff it would just be a turn off for me to have to start over

No problem my man. I know im in the same situation lvl 47 here got around 60 hours in this game in 4 days, but for me the game is so good even starting a new save wont be an issue if necessary but would prefer not to.
Im not that familliar with this games developers but games generally have hotfixes after updates especially this big which im sure will happen here too as the devs seem active.
Like i said in other threads my old saves work well except floating bags, which is not an issue and an issue where i cant ulock bad asia, which i reported and am sure will be hotfixed just like other bugs people are having.
Starting a game on a new save would be rushing things. Game development takes time, hotfixes too.
My ganja thankfully grows well, everything's good in the hood. :D

I still haven't found the way to turn off the electrical cable. I turned off the nearest fuse box I found (back of the building that is to the south of the Night Club), but that didn't work.

Inside the shop next to the Nightclub (Downtown) there is a power box with a padlock on, and it looks to be the closest reference to an electric box near where that electrified sewer gate is, its either something for us to unlock later in the game (once we've literally paid our dues I guess), or its something for a future update to enable.

Pure speculation on my part. The billboard near the shop also has an "On/Off" switch written on it, so it could be a few things :P lol
