GRIS - crash report - cant start the game

Hello,

The game can' start. After click "play", I can see only the screen bellow.

Anyone got the same problem ?

I just bought it and can't run it at all. It's stuck loading on a black screen and eventually closes. (Mac)

Try clicking the'ENTER' button,that's how I go into the game

I had to uninstall citrix (work from home client I use) to play this game. I beat it one weekend then reinstalled to continue work.

I have the same problem. I can't start Gris due to Unity causing a crash in combination with Citrix installed. It happened to me last week with Trüberbrook as well. Can't somebody do something about the incompatibility between games using Unity in specific ways and Citrix?

Lots of people must use Citrix in the current situation.

Lots of people must use Citrix in the current situation.

You can try uninstall Citrix -> restart PC - > turn on the game ( should work) - > install Citrix again - > try to turn on Gris

On my PC this solution works. Maybe the game is checking Citrix only before install, dunno, but works.
