Hi Minky, glad to see someone having the same problem. Though it's three years ago, maybe you remember, if and how you could solve it?
I.e., must be an honest to goodness glitch but, yes, also not reproducing. Steam version or otherwise? Seems that in the Steam ScummVM 2.0.0 I can not even (easily in any case, via the "GFX" options) switch e.g. VSync on or off whereas in a standalone ScummVM 2.8.1 I can. If you are on the Steam version and, perhaps, on some truly obnoxiously fast hardware that you are seeing an FPS-overrun bug...
