LOL, tbh this sounds like cheapest option is like half the content and the other half is locked behind dlc etc nahh i pass this looks terrible.

You can play the main game without the dlcs and enjoy the grind.
DLCs are mostly cosmetic,extra content and items that boost you so you dont have to grind much.

These DLC's are not only cosmetic, but they also give you extra skill trees, whilist not giving you any arte's (combat skills that you can use) they give you stat boosts.
each dlc gives 3 skill trees ( 3 dlcs for men and 3 dlcs for female characters)

Otherwise the i dont reccomend buying "Gald" dlc's which are literally just extra ingame money that you dont need as its easy to come by.
Level packs are quite useless depending what you want to do, as you can finish main story line at level 40-60 and if you are just going for that 100% then grinding out and using boosts are available with base game will do fine.

As with any game these days it depends how much you like it and if you feel like putting money in it is worth for whatever reason then go for it, but you do not need to.
