The game stutters constantly. Especially when gliding around I experience intense stuttering every couple of seconds. Note that I'm running the game on an rtx 4070 and a 3.8ghz cpu, and I don't have any stuttering or performance issues in other games.
Your experience may vary, depending on your hardware and how much you are bothered by stuttering, but the performance is too bad for me to be able to recommend the game.
Otherwise it's actually a pretty neat game. It's a shame about the performance.

The bulk of the game is a focus on exploration similar to Breath of the Wild, but with a more meditative and minimalist approach to the gameplay. There is no combat, no fall damage, no health, no fail states. Only an uncharted world with something new to discover over every dune. The narrative is a warmly presented journey of personal growth and leaving home that blends nicely with the open structure of the game. There are terrible performance issues (of the traversal stutter, frame pacing variety) but the content of the game is strong enough to make Sable worth checking out in spite of them.

Fun, chill, exploration game. Beautiful visuals although some occasional, minor stutters when hover-biking around the world.
