Shenmue Patch 7 is live - 15th November
Hi Shenmue fans,

We launched a small patch today that fixed the following:

PC Patch Notes v1.07

Audio
• Fixed an audio issue in one area in Shenmue II.

Controls
• Fixed an issue where running kick and punch couldn't be performed with a keyboard during a free-battle.

Hes just salty because i mention it in every patch thread and it gets ignored. Clearly im not the only one who has an issue with it. It IS annoying. It just needs to be turned off for in game use and for QTE sections. I really dont understand why it hasnt been fixed.

1. The indicators for the "X" and "B" buttons in the QTE title (Shenmue I-II) are not centered (offset to the edges of the percussion pad).
2. In Shenmue II, it is still not possible to sell - Ball # 1 (red). In the price list of the pawnshop, it is not marked, although in fact it is present in the inventory. Therefore it is not possible to sell the full set of "Balls".
So are they think all major bugs are fixed now since tiny patch?

Thanks again to the team for the awesome support on these updates!

I wanted to point out a bit of a nasty audio bug only in the second game. When you are near to either the fountain at Pidgeon Park or basically anywhere in the Golden Shopping Mart in the Golden Quarter, there's this repeated splashing sound. It's particularly bad as there is a whole section of you in the shopping mall smashing the rock etc and you can keep hearing this sound over and over. It'd be great if you guys could fix that up.

我下載了shenmue I&II 但shenmue I 開始動畫很模糊不能玩 shenmue II可以玩很順都沒問題 我也下載了最新的更新版也沒辦法 請問要怎麼解決

There are still issues with the Hang-On game in borth Shenumue I & II.

In Shenmue I, Hang-On nearly works 100% but it randomly slows down to around 50% speed, and the amount of time it runs at that speed before returning to full speed is also random.
There is no set pattern to this.

In Shenmue II however, Hang-On is completely unplayable. The game constantly runs at QUARTER SPEED and never any faster, the sound is all over the place and the whole game is basically unplayable this way.

All the other games, Space Harrier, Afterburner, Out Run all run perfectly, but these issues with Hang-On remain.

Has the team slowed down with updates or are they less in a rush now that the Japanese released happened?

They haven't slowed down, they stopped working on it - at least for PC.
Since the last patch (v1.07) there hasn't been any activity on development branches, which speaks for itself.
