is there anyway i can lose the stress in this visual novel? i have 3 bars with stress how can i lose it? by reading a book? or training in the gym? or something like that?

I wanted to ask these just to get a proper feel of what kind of value proposition the game offers, as the description is strangely vague in few aspects (I imagine it was written a while ago, when the Steam page was being set up but the game wasn't actually finished). What's the total length of the game between all routes? What's the actual number of endings ("several" feels more than just a little vague)?...
