It's an indie game and short I hear. $25+ is asking a lot.

Never in my life have I gone from enjoying a game completely to hating it to the point I never want to play it again in such a short space of time. Just ♥♥♥♥ off. I've only got one life and I'm not spending it repeatedly running through the same rooms over and over....

A tar ball?

Heard a lot of good stuff about AW but also heard some reviewers mentioning that it is more of a "reading wiki/forum threads is mandatory to get the proper ending" kind of game. Is this true or are they exaggerating? For reference, I played a fair bit of metroidvanias and puzzlevanias(i.e Fez, Tunic etc) before, completed a lot of those those mostly spoiler-free but I certainly wouldn't call myself a galaxy brain dude....

Can anyone offer some subtle hints (not explicit instructions, just nudges) for the post-game content? I love exploration games and the freedom to go where I want, but I gather that things get quite cryptic now that I've seen the credits roll.
