What does that actually do, besides blocking doctor treatment until the nurse sits back at her pc? Is that just fluff or does that have a benefit?

I take it it's not possible to have a morgue only? I tried making one and it works stats wise, but obviously patients have to come there. If it's possible, does anyone know how?

Keeps happening after every time when it’s time to release hospitalized patients. There are just too many being released at once. I tried to expand the Pharmacies but it’s still happening. Is development in the game still going on (even if its just bug fixes)? We need a MAJOR update like that. Still love the game though but there are some bugs that need to be fixed still. The AI being one of them (they will skip most treatments and instead focus on exams to attempt to find sympthoms). Unless you take over the patient if it is a case that can lead to collapse odds are the patient will be dead long before you micromanage them if left under the AI control.
