I tried the texture fix per the guide here. 1000 MB min, 4 GB target. No dice, still stuttering no matter what graphics options I select.
I confirmed that the graphics settings changes were all being saved correctly in that one ini file.
I tried setting priority in task manager to high. No apparent effect.
I tried locking the framerate at 90 and at 60. The result is considerably less stuttery, but there's still a little bit of stuttering that throws me off in both cases.
The stuttering is worse on DX11 than on DX12, where it ALMOST no longer exists. ALMOST. But it's still there.
Any other suggestions to fix this? It's really, REALLY annoying.
