Hands down, sure newer games have better graphics, but this sim has so much soul its unreal. Running those 575 and 550 ferraris around the tracks is just bliss. So hyped to be playing this again. It's incredible how realistic it is with just a few choice mods....

In the settings, the wheel is detected and calibrated. But when the track is loaded, the wheel itself turns to the right until it stops and locks. When returning to the main menu, the steering wheel itself centers in the normal position. Has anyone had this and what to do about it? GTR2 16th Anniversary Patch...

Guys Not played gtr2 for 3 years. Didn't have it installed via Steam. Had 10th Anni patch installed. Great game! Want to give it a go again. Once i have it installed from Steam, is it possible to run it with the latest patch this way? Could I copy game files to a folder on my C drive and run it off there outside Steam like I had before? Any appropriate tips for Win 11 pc would help. Thanks for the help....

I bought it here on Steam, but I can't start it. Every time I enter the GTR2, it asks for video settings, then when I click "OK" it stops working and returns to the video configuration screen. I have Windows 10, does anyone have a solution??

No matter how many times I go back to the config to select the "Windowed Mode" box, the game just ignores it and goes into fullscreen. Normally this wouldn't be such a big deal, however, the performance is much more favorable in Windowed Mode, and it's sorta baffling that the game is only treating it as a suggestion on startup....
