Before y'all come after me, this is no hate, just blunt and disappointed criticism.

I just wanted a cool action-adventure RPG with a good story, visuals, music, and online multiplayer. I didn't think that was too much to expect from a 60 dollar game.
What I got was:

-A story that only makes a genuine effort to say, mean, or feel literally anything at all in its last couple hours
-90% small, hallway-style, devoid of (non-cliche) personality, just-walk-forward stages.
-Good but mostly uninspired music
-Multiplayer that somehow never has anyone online or it's just terrible matchmaking
-Extremely short story that reveals that the actual whole premise of the game is just to grind for gear upgrades for hundreds of hours to unlock more content-
(- said content is actually just more grinding for gear, and not even interesting gear until you beat the 'final dragon' which still has a very stupid system)
-No real sense of community or player-to-player interaction aside from brief in-battle messages
-Extremely uninspired character design for 90% of the cast
-Character depth! .... that only exists in small, episodic, doses- locked behind character level, rather than incorporated into the main story...
-'Annoying (and USELESS!!) Floating Companion in Anime RPG' trope... at least he's cutely designed.
-Did I mention absurd amounts of grinding for almost no real tangible reward? Just more damage?
-3 extremely interesting and powerful characters... locked behind said grinding
-Xenoblade Chronicles 2 ahh UI and menu
-Endgame bosses that deal so much damage that defeats the entire point of even having an HP stat in the first place
-The coolest moves in the game are... (checks notes) ... the ones that deal mediocre damage and are only good for the effect they produce after combined? Yes, they deal damage, but they don't feel like true 'Ultimate' or 'Special' moves which really betrays the expectation that their incredible animation leads you to believe.

But... hey! The visuals, animations, and combat system are genuinely incredible and some of the coolest stuff I've ever seen. They absolutely nailed that. The incredible production quality and pricing just typically indicates a better overall experience.

best if played Multiplayer.

its Like Monster Hunter but Anime version with flashy colours.
Story wise is Great. the Fighting is what makes this game at the top. !

Amazing Hack n' Slash adventure game that somehow is able to replicate the mobile game in true video game form in every aspect.
