Is there any other update in development? maybe a dlc? or does it end here with mod support?

I'm playing it for two weeks now and it's really a lot of fun. Just wondering why the community though seems pretty dead. If you post something here it rarely gets commented and when only after several days. Am I just late to the party and this game is too old?...

So I can basically figure out for now how many logistics workers I need in a zone by observing if things run smoothly. But this takes some time and is not really ideal. Is there some way to figuring exactly how many logistics employees you need in a zone? Or some rule of thumb that you use?...
