As for your case, would it be possible for you to send us the player.log so we can investigate the issue further? You can find it in C:\Users\user\AppData\LocalLow\Live Motion Games\TrainStationRenovation (it might be different depending on your installation)
Hello there! New stations are possible for future DLCs - the game currently available on Steam is a full version.
