Transfering saves between gamepass and steam?

Coffee Talk was taken off gamepass before I was able to finish it and I want to be able to transfer my save from gamepass to steam but It seems that I can't. When I go to the appdata save there doesn't seem to be a file to transfer. Any tips?

Hey, in the off chance you haven't tried it yet, could you start a new game first to see if the file appears in appdata? If it did, you'd then likely be able to replace the new file there with your old gamepass one.
