Jubiläumsausgabe Steampunk DLC
Hallo zusammen, ich habe eine Frage zur Jubiläumsausgabe. In der Beschreibung steht folgendes: "Alle kosmetischen Pakete einschließlich der 2023 veröffentlichten und der 2024 erscheinenden Pakete." Allerdings ist das Steampunkpaket nicht enthalten, nachdem ich es installiert habe. Meiner Einschätzung nach ist das Steampunkpaket aber ein kosemtisches DLC. Liege ich da falsch? Danke für die Hilfe.

Hey rob81,

Thank you for your message and sorry to hear it you cannot locate the Steampunk DLC in your copy of Anno 1800.

Please try to reinstall the game, but download it via Ubisoft Connect, instead of Steam.
We had reports that this DLC does not install correctly or is missing from the game.

If you do that, and you still cannot locate this content, please submit a support ticket to our support via this link: Contact Us.[www.ubisoft.com]

Please attach to this link:
- A screenshot showing your proof of purchase for the Steam Punk DLC
- A screenshot showing you have installed the DLC separately on PC.
