Spiel startet nicht es wäre auf nem anderen Account
Spiel startet nicht es wäre auf nem anderen Account aber habe es in der Bibliothek und den Beleg auch und 1x gleich nach dem Kauf ging es aber am nächsten Tag nicht mehr habe es schon deinstalliert und neu drauf gemacht aber trotzdem nicht was soll ich tun

Hello cmac.

Sorry to hear it that you cannot launch your copy of Anno 1800.

You should be able to check if the game is linked to the correct Ubisoft account by launching Ubisoft Connect and looking for the game in your library.

If the game tile is colourful, it means the game is on this account. If it is greyed out, it means Ubisoft Connect can see it is installed in the correct location but the game licence is not linked to this account.

If it is the wrong account situation, and you do not remember the correct account, you will need to submit an account recovery ticket - Contact Us.[www.ubisoft.com]

Danke für die Info aber hat sich erledigt mein Kumpel hat es gerichtet problem war ich hatte bei ubisoft ein anderes konto und somit war es nicht startklar
