I have 80 perks, including Bill's, Joe's and Maguie's. However I don't get the achievement, what do I have to do? Is it bugged?

Why can bank deposits only be maximum and minimum?

Do we have the option to achieve happiness quickly & cheaply, excluding drugs, alcohol, and cigars?

Used to love this game but the recent updates have made it unplayable. Uninstalled and reinstalled game, game files then verified and most recent update has been confirmed as installed. Bugs I've encountered through several playthroughs, including two post recent update: -When job application is successful a perk screen kicks you out of the job office, then when you go to Job tab it says you do not have a job.
