Can we use the particles (pngs) outside the program? Like in other programs, or even edits? (commercially)

Well, thanks for the answer, but I'm talking about the particle files (the pngs from that 1000 particles pack, blood, fire, circle etc...), not the animations created with pixel fx designer. Can we also use those in other ways outside Pixel FX Designer program?
