Firstly, congrats on trying with the Wizard, he's the hardest to master :)
There are two types of perks you can get in a given path:
- General perks, available to everybody
- Class specific perks
Those class specific perks are glittering, because they are less common. They should have an impact on how you play/your moveset, but maybe you were expecting more (stealth with the wizard is VERY useful).
