Power Grid -> 'wrong' solution?
So I just fixed this Power Grid and it says it's wrong. Every generator gives a certain quantity of power and if you 'use them twice' they will 'split power'. To me, this seems as a correct solution?

Does it say you need to use all connections? Try the same solution, but connect all the spare wires to the same target as the first one.

The 'good' answer uses all connections. Every dot is connected to another dot. But nowhere it states you should use all connections... or did I misread that?

Yes, it said all power outlets must be used. Got that wrong too in the beginning.

The "if used twice" in the instructions suggests that a correct solution doesn't necessarily split every generator. I bet they added the "every available power outlet" bit after being surprised to learn that their puzzle as originally designed had multiple solutions. Writing fail.

Well, I think that's enough to give this game a thumb down.

Came here looking for a solution, as I had the same issue. Guess I have to learn to read :|

"...power all devices using every available outlet"

Yep. That is some lazy programming right there.. got and F just because of the "use every available power outlet"... It is not often, but when a puzzle designs fails this hard it kinda ruins the rest of the game.

I too found the same solution rejected... and find the pedantry by Telltale over the definition of "use every available power outlet" to be highly obnoxious.

Kind of hard to keep going in a game based on logic puzzles when the creator can't be bothered to check for multiple solutions.

The post one has 2 solutions but it wants the one where every red spot has the same number. Even though you can solve it with them having different numbers because the blues are so close to 50 that losing the highest red box still gets you over 50.
