Why I can't get an achievement?
Here is the 100% beaten map, there is achivment for CHIMPS mode, gray for some reason

That is not the only achivment I can't achive, I can't get any other achivment too. Maybe I'am stupid, and it may be that the first map is not the ONE(1) map, or it is just impossible to unlock achivment on medium difficulty, or may it be I got shadow ban or something, I geniune don't know

Steam achievements are earned when you claim the rewards for the achievement in-game
Head to the main menu and select the medal on the left, the achievement should show at the top of the list if it's been completed. From there, you can claim it

Yep, many if not most of the game achievements are not automatically unlocked as soon as you meet the criteria, but rather after going, from the Main Menu, to the Achievements section in the top left corner of the screen, and claiming all the relevant unlocked achievements.
