21: 9 resolution.

I will buy the game only with 21: 9 resolution. I do not like thick black bars on my monitor. I do not buy an UltraWide screen to play in 16: 9, never.

I tested the game. Yes, it is good. But I gave it back to Steam. Unfortunately.

I can understand you. Loved Witcher 3 and it even got better when i purchased a ultrawide monitor. Top 5 games of all time without a doubt. CDPR did a great job with the trilogy overall.

I seriously doubt you guys are 21:9 users. If you were, you would be aware almost all 2D games are 16:9 with black bars.

Before you start doubting, you should realise that only people with 21:9 screens would be posting something like this.

All the "2D" games I've been playing in the last 18 months MOSTLY have 21:9 support.

Gwent is the ONLY game in the last 18 months that does not have native 21:9 support

Some of the games I've played in the last 18 months.
Baldur's Gate EE
Pathfinder Kingmaker
Crusader Kings 2
Stellaris
and many more all have native 21:9

Assuming you are actually using a 21:9 screen yourself, how the hell are most "2D" games in 16:9 only for you is beyond me.

they didn't include a borderless window mode unfortunately plus it still sets the window to 16:9 so instead of black bars you see your desktop

Why the doubt? I would not even respond to this thread, i would start my own. Anyhow, most 2D indie games i own support 21:9. Also some AAA ones. Once the non 21:9 games are supported they look amazing.

I've been playing in 21: 9 format for years and there are a lot of 2D games in 21: 9 format. For example, Elder Scroll's Legend, Running With Rifles, Stardew Valley, Battle Chaser's Nightwar. All games from my library. Games in 16: 9 format make insufficient use of the current technology.
