Too bright colors

Hey, how can I fix it if I have to bright colors? It is very stressful to look at such a bright screen :/

I don't know. There seems to be no such option.（不知道，好像没有这个选项。但我觉得可以去电脑屏幕设置里面看看有没有这方面的选项）
