Must have been a horrible experience but glad your house is safe and you're back home. There are a lot of sick people out there and this dry hot weather must be quite a temptation. Many of the fires up here are started by people and a lot are being investigated as suspicious. Stay out of the smokey air! Take care...

I'm glad you are home again and hope you can stay there, without having to leave again! I'm glad he was caught and it's scary to find out a pedophile is close by.

We're ok so far. We've returned home as the fire seems to be going the other direction and my autistic nephew was having a really hard time since he has no idea what's going on. The zone next to ours is still under evacuation but ours is not. We're prepared to go again if needed though! Worst part is this fire was set by a real idiot who rolled a burning car into a dry field in a local park and then calmly walked away. They did catch him fortunately (and guess what? He's a convicted pedophile). Anyway... we are safe for now. Fire is 160,000 acres so far. I hope they're able to contain it and get it out soon.

Hi everyone! We've been evacuated due to a 45000 acre fire in our area. Dogs, cats, gecko and people all safely out. Keep your fingers and toes and eyes crossed that our house doesn't go up in flames! I couldn't bring my fancy desktop PC but I did bring my steam deck lol
