Thanks for the notice.

Though I only tend to add major update releases as news announcements here if and when I learn about them.

Despite I wasn't aware of it the 1.9 release doesn't seem to add that much addition to the game and the last announcement here was about 1.8 so don't feel it's reasonable to announce 1.9 after this many years when it isn't that much extra content anyway.

The app store lists many tiny additions so are not major releases thus not seeing worth mentioning as an announcement either. When some big update comes I will feature that when I learn about it. I don't actively keep an eye on it so might take a bit.

Seems like yes. Albeit I translate your messages with google, but not much I could add in response for now. Maybe there is a dedicated Russian steam group for Fallout games, not sure but worth searching maybe there is one (or dedicated to a specific Fallout game that can also serve Fallout discussion in general as well).
