Appologies for mumble downtime, it was probably due to 2 things

1. I'm not sure it was configured to start back up again if the server rebooted (this should be fixed now)
2. The fragophilia.com domain looks to be expired. In the meantime use:

66.172.10.145:64738 for mumble

The website will remain down until we can purchase the domain again.
