It's okay, guys. They do it all the time and will keep doing it as long as this achievement is a thing. Just be patient and tell them to read the first pinned discussion. It's not their fault Valve doesn't explain it properly in the achievement's description. Some research and reading before asking for help are very much appreciated, however.

We're here to help, after all, not be assholes. Be kind to others and this may go a long way.

This might be very harsh of me but maybe a warning that anyone who doesn't read the pinned post gets muted? Just a lot of people jumping in here before actually reading the pinned message when GGN isn't available. (Not trying to mini-mod but just a possible solution to the problem)
