For European gamers who want to play online

This is the hot fix for official patch 2.03b. As usual, you get to test it before it's packaged and made official.

INSTALLATION:
1) Install the latest DirectX 9c Run Time.
2) Unpack the patch into your game directory

2.03b to 2.03c:

- The battle odds bubble is now correctly shown again
- Fixed a CTD that occurred when countries passed on expeditionary forces to a third country
- Fixed some issues with the Chinese warlord alliance system and the Japanese DoW
- Reduced save game sizes a bit by cutting out unnecessary info about exped sender
- Updated events with the latest efforts from the "The SF Event Mod Cooperative" (Aug 21)
- Latest AI Lua scripts by Lothos (Aug)

BETA PATCH NOTES:
- Continuity from save games from previous patches is never guaranteed.
- Bug reports against this beta will only be accepted from a game that was started afresh under this beta.
- To successfully install this beta you must be familiar with manual handling of archives, directories and files. Do not attempt it if you are not confident of your ability to cope if things go wrong.
- Do not install this over an official release; instead copy that release to a new folder and install the beta over that. Then it is far easier to recover if anything goes wrong.
