B. If it is the original Vive and the damage is massive, then some old spherical lenses from Gear VR, may do the work, but it is a difficult process and you may get dust inside the lenses, and barrel correction in software is needed. I do not recommend this option as I did it and I got back to the fresnel.
C. Ifixit has a guide and they sell the parts, but not for any model.
