Requirements you must have to Join

1] Have a Bigger Steam level than 10.

2] Must be Some sort of Rare Item Collector on Steam. So for example you could own a Collection of Items or cards belonging to a removed game on steam.

3] Must be Nice and Friendly and should also speak English or a fair bit of English.

4] Must be TRUSTED in the steam community, this can be via Steam comments or SteamRep.com.

5] Inventories Should NOT be on Private.
