The bot has been down for quite a long time due to technical issues.

While the technical issues have been partly resolved, the bot will only be reintroduced at a later date due to addition of features.

U S P S bot :: update

Latest pushed update is as follows:

- You no longer have to friend the bot to be part of the U S P S reputation system. However, to vote (+rep) someone or issue commands to the bot, you still have to friend the bot.
- The bot will now only accept friend requests from people above Steam Level 1 (level may change later)
- User-targeting commands (e.g. +rep) can now take part of a user's steam name and guess the user. In case of multiple users sharing a part of their steam names, an exclamation mark can be used to do complete matching (e.g. "!plesno" would only match me and not pLESnObOT).
