While I no longer have the time to oversee and handle the RP, I had a high suspicion that the Roleplay couldn't continue without me.

I had attempted to drain the player base to the point that the new and inexperienced Administration could handle it, but they launched the RP without my consent, and got the result that has occurred.

I was in the midst of drafting an entire future scenario wherein the Cromwellians and Berkeley RP factions wouldn't end up fighting one another anymore, and conclude the Civil War. The Civil War itself needed to conclude under my administration, but I simply no longer had the time to do so. When you move several ranks in the hierarchy at once, even if you'd have space in your schedule a month or two later, there's simply no cutting it if you don't dedicate everything for those first handful of weeks.

It's my failure for starting the Grand Tier without having the expectation that the major promotion I filed for would be approved so easily and quickly.

It truly is a shame, but the Roleplay that I built upon my hard work, fairness, and reputation simply shouldn't continue in this way.

The Interwar Roleplay system is a style of Administration that is only for HIGHLY EXPERIENCED Admins. It will sweep away those who are short tempered, short willed, or biased in a flash. While the Interwar System can- without a doubt- handle hundreds of players with only a handful of admins, it will strangle a Roleplay without a key admin to handle the tides. I had planned on being that central figure to hold everything together, and we were so close to reaching it. It's just so unfortunate that Real Life comes first sometimes.

The Grand Tier was a creation that may have lasted anywhere from one to three entire years in Steam Roleplay, even inspiring a dozen roleplays during and after. But what I had the chance for was something that would affect my life for the next 40 year. It became a choice of what to sacrifice, and what to keep.

It is needless to say that I chose the real world, as I always have, and always will. The real world, no matter how much some may wish it, does exist. It is what allows us all to enjoy the cyber world, and it is something in which we all must one day contribute to if we wish to continue living.

I have not given up on Roleplay as a whole, but this may verywell be my final large-scale roleplay project.

There will never be a day where there will be a word that can describe how crestfallen I am that I could not see this project through.



To all those who enjoyed this Roleplay, I have failed you all, and I offer my greatest apologies for it.

The Grand Tier project passes on, perhaps into the future as an Idea to be revived, perhaps to oblivion in the servers of Steam, time will tell as it always has.

Who knows, I may even bring it back with a full team able to handle the tides one day.

Cromwell is an interesting, but horribly damaged individual. I do not know many admins who could have handled him besides myself and Guards, of which, I can simply no longer run Roleplays of any major size for the forseeable future.

Oliver, also known as Idi, has a paranoia complex that is highly extreme, an anxiety disorder that has led to his constant accusations and desire to conflict with others, there's a high likelihood that he's also has some form of chemical imbalance. In addition to all of those, it is quite obvious that he is mentally disturbed, and was raised in a horrible environment that twisted him greatly during his development. It was at the very least a hateful environment that cursed many aspects of the current world of humankind, and sought outlets of their hate through various mediums. He is absolutely envowed with his zealousism against all forms of Christianity other than Protestantism.

I remind everyone that I am a professional, not just some Admin on the Internet.

While I can't formally diagnose him because i've never met him in person, after speaking with him at length for multiple hours every other day, it is very likely this is the bare minimum about his person that is in need of correction.

At several points during my Administration, I highly recommended that he seek out Psychological help as he was highly disturbed and needed immediate help. There were two occurences wherein I offered to recommend several key practitioners that would have been able to help him greatly.

While I don't personally uphold the banning of Cromwell, I can easily see why none of the admins I left behind could have ever hoped to keep him in line. His desire for conflict finally errupted to the point where he sought to abuse others to incurr a hostile reaction. He is not an individual to hate, but to pitty and console to take the necessary steps to recovery.


If anything, this entire conflict is my doing, as I sought to establish a Great Roleplay community, but moved on in life before seeing it to a stable point.

Ok for the reason of banning Oliver Cromwell, it is for the deleting of an admin event as well as the constant attacks on the admins, not for the poll, but for his disrespect and his attacks on the Admins
also ifanyone deletes an announcement they to will be banned in turn unless it is their own announcement or an admin does it

News has reached me that Cromwell fell ill in Boston and has died. The moment he died all of his soldiers turned against their leaders and Cromwell supporters and they have all been given over to us. This brings and end to this Civil war and it is a victory to our true King Harrison. Let us rebuild what needs to be rebuilt and restart the economy destroyed by this war.
