I think the whole point is that this is a totally-80's (90's?) "product" that was heavily misadvertised, because it was presented in a way that makes it sound like it's a "toy". Given how rife and downright filled to the brim the whole entirety of 80's and early-to-mid 90's American consumerist "society" was with "magazine on the couch"esque snake oil garbage nobody-ever-asked-for, that particular one definitely stands out, it's the pinnacle of it all, the very "top" of this "mount Olympus" of American "TV shopping" brainwashing. This is literally THE 'murica meme in a nut.

I didn't see this ad review before. Critic there was just nitpicking - it's a cool idea for a pot, nobody's making anyone watch grass grow, it just looks better that way.

Alright, it appeared now, despite me literally doing nothing. I wonder what's up with that. This is definitely Steam's fumble.

Yes thats how its supposed to look when you open it from anywhere other than directly from a curator, when you do tho that's when that curators review will be highlighted on the top above the price. Also in that section (when accessing the normal store page) a maximum of 7 curators will be shown in total, if any more have reviewed it the rest will be hidden until you click show all in the corner.
This is how its always been, and no none of that before was for you.
