Where's the good in goodbye?

I'd like to start with a thank you to all the leaders in WNRP, that helped keep this group alive, albeit sometimes being damned annoying, but still. Thanks.


I want to say a special thanks to Frederick, the General Secretary for doing a divine job, leading this Org., and making it generally better.


It was funny you see, WNRP was around last Christmas (2011), and we were the 1st Modern day RP Tier (WNRP Tier 1), and there was a vampire tier (WNRP Tier 2) and we were making the 3rd tier, when it all went into the shits. Now you may not find that funny at all, but the people you saw it were people like Heinrich, Nilam, HBK, and a few more of my best RP friends.


It's been a long old hard road

As a group, we've had our ups and downs, namely of course being the removal of Germany, and the problem with Sweden and Japan. The nice thing is, however, we all stuck together, and fixed the problems, working as one, in unison and making this Org. better as a result. I think I'll remember that for while.

Stressful and annoying

Although we worked together, there have been those that have succeeded in being utter nuisances, but looking back on all the incidents, it does make me laugh. I am not sure that people understand what it entails to lead a RP Org., and many other groups. Most people are either new to RP, or they're part of the Elite, who run groups in a different manner, focusing mainly on one group, for example, a great RP'er named Charles (Lone Ranger), you'll know him as that Scandinavian bully (lol). I was a little excited while running this group, but mostly blorft. "Blorft" is an adjective I just made up that means 'Completely overwhelmed but proceeding as if everything is fine and reacting to the stress with the torpor of a possum.' I have been blorft every day for the entirety of this group's revival. I know I didn't hide it well, but I don't know if anyone really cares if someone claims your land.. Deal with it yourself. Going back to the point about running an Org... No one truly knows how it feels, unless they have ran one themselves.

One day I may be meeting you and hearing how you've changed your life by saying, "Farewell to RolePlay".

I am taking this termination of my beloved RP group as my departure from Role Play. For the past 2 1/4 years, I have been having fun, fights and laughs with most RP'ers. However it may seem, I loved practically every minute of it. It's been a fun ride, with lots of turns, spins and stoppages, but it's time for me to depart from this roller-coaster, and focus on things that I feel are more important, like Real Life, playing with friends, and enjoying myself.

Goodbye

If I leave here tomorrow, will you still remember me? I hope you all remember me, in whatever way you wish to, because I shall remember you. Saying goodbye doesn't mean anything. It's the time we spent together that matters, not how we left it, so thank you.
