What do I lack? I consider this my best shot at Cyberpunk 2077 artwork and I would love to improve them if possible. Either with better storytelling, balance, editing, etc. I want to know what ya guys think I should do next.

This is a great, intense work.. why is she executing them? Gun to the head, the background is empty, is this an interrogation? (she is making him talk..) or a targeted killing of another nature (what would the background be)? This is cool for sure, I'd be interested in knowing more!

Appreciated seeing this and direcitng us to your work... I think with more contrast between character and background can elevate these to another level. Perhaps trying your hand at editing in Reshade ingame? Angles, shadows, depth of field being strong or subtle, I think all add to developing an iconic look.

Great work. It adds a lot of depth to these scenes.

edit: I'm adding your post into the "Feedback and Critique" thread as it seems up that alley more than the general sharing thread, but feel free to share in the main thread if you like.

The darkness in these scenes also feels more realistic to the source material, so is a good choice. The last pic is harder to discern from losing some light detail, so it's a balance on what shots to take that can benefit from it most.

It's certainly dark, but even if it were a little lighter it would still have a foreboding, mystery feel so I think you still made a good choice to shoot it. The straight on angle introduces us to a place and sets it up to tell a story in a way. It just could use more contrast to bring out the real details.
