DarkSith was founded by LordFazem, a.k.a. "Xendor" in September of 2009. DarkSith was an established, highly successful Star Wars based gaming community formerly residing in the realms of games like [Star Wars] Empire at War, Empire at War - Forces of Corruption, Republic Commando, Battlefront, Battlefront II, Jedi Outcast, and Jedi Academy. Formerly, because once gamespy shutdown, the active communities that once thrived ended up diminishing, leaving only Star Wars: The Old Republic for DarkSith to play.

In 2015 on Star Wars: The Old Republic, it was decided that we'd convert into a newer gaming community called Dark Empire so we could establish ourselves on other games.
