After a long hiatus, we are bringing the Item Depot back in its rudimentary shape. I give you:

The concept is most likely very much familiar to most of you. The site has no bells or whistles and we are certainly not here to compete with the others. Just proud to say that our initial design was a pioneering approach to trading until we ran into some technical issues with Steam introducing mobile authenticator.

Please, if you run into any issues, start a thread and I will try to iron any kinks out.

We have started trading for TF2, CS:GO items and Steam cards since quite a long time now and all the bots have been replaced. Since we couldn't rename "Dota 2 Depot" to "Item Depot", we have created a new group, Item Depot and this group is officially closing down - and very soon it shall be deleted.

However many users have yet not joined the new group, and they might find it hard to find the new group/bots; and we don't want anybody to face such problems. So, we need your help to publicise the new group. Please invite your friends you know are in this group, or simply invite a new trader to the Item Depot. Tell them to comment your name in the GIVEAWAY thread on Item Depot and you shall be eligible for the giveaway. Also, all new members of Item Depot joining after this announcement will be eligible.

We want to grow as a group, and so we shall be more active progressively; thus we are encouraging our members to be active in getting more traders to the group. Brace yourselves for some cool giveaways and events!

It was only logical to depart from Dota 2 Depot name to Item Depot since we are now accepting a variety of items from games like CS:GO, Team Fortress 2, Dota 2, and Steam trading cards. Unfortunately, it's impossible to change the name of an existing group in Steam. Therefore, the new group was created to reflect the change. New bots, new group, new items!
