Private Gifts and Events

This is a private group via invite only. A current member must vouch for you to gain access.

GENERAL RULES:
1) Don't break SteamGifts rules.

2) Exploited games are NOT allowed to be given here. Bundled games acceptable when an event is NOT taking place.

3) Giveaways MUST NOT have a contribution value.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR EVENTS
A) You MUST giveaway a combined total of $7.50 worth of software during an event to be eligible, if you do not do so 48 hours before the event end time you will be kicked from the group to protect the other members. The value will be determined by various online sale tracking tools for third party key sellers (GMG, Amazon, GG etc). If you have the gift in your inventory the current sale price will be used toward the eligibility amount, if no sale is currently taking place for the software the historical steam low for that item will be used.

B) You must give away non bundled games, if a game becomes part of a bundle prior to your claim it is still eligible. Please note that we have banned certain games from events due to lack of interest - these games will be noted in the official thread.

C) Post in the event discussion thread which games you intend to give - the first person to post any various game will claim it for the event. DO NOT CREATE GIFT UNTIL YOUR CLAIM HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY AN ADMIN / MOD - both the official event thread and the spreadsheet in the sidebar should be used as a reference before claiming.

YOU CAN CREATE YOUR GIVEAWAY AFTER IT HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY CLAIMED FOR YOU TO GIVE WITHIN THE MASTER LIST.

D) Created giveaways must end at a specific date with a staggered time frame to help combat SG "randomization" (details will be in the discussion thread).

E) Do not call out other members. A gift of "System Shock 2" can be just as sought after as "Bioshock Infinite" do not make others feel bad if they cannot extend the same generosity from a monetary standpoint.
