DSGC]kortolo96 has been hijacked, please don't add or respond to anyone he's asking you to talk to. He removed and blocked me after I told him the person he was asking me to talk to was not a valve employee or admin. Clearly a hijacker running an account phishing/item stealing ring. The hijacker is going down his friends list trying to trick people and removing/blocking them if they catch on.

So if he's behaving strangely, this is why. (as of 9/24/2019) (I hope admins can rollback any malicious changes to his friendslist.)
