With BG3 on the horizon, if you want to perhaps give a gift to someone who perhaps didn't know this existed, only seeing the (quite justified hype) about BG3 - then perhaps point them in this direction first before getting BG3.

- Our NWN2 world is pretty much shelved, with the exception of running in in PnP someday
- NWN:EE is still getting better by the day with enhanced shaders and lighting now in the system with seamless access to multiplayer worlds too.

- I'm sure they'll be plenty of chat about BG3 when it comes out, perhaps tell us if you will be doing BG3 (or spellplague in Faerun style content for your world or personal adventures?

"A new Dungeons & Dragons RPG has been announced. That's a turn up for the books, eh?

It's called Sword Coast Legends, and it's being headed up by the director of Dragon Age: Origins. It's a collaboration between the studios N-Space and Digital Extremes that's being made in partnership with Wizards of the Coast. The team also boasts members who have previously worked on Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights—also known as: exactly the sort of people you'd want working on a new D&D game.

As for the game itself, it looks very much in keeping with those old Infinity Engine-era RPGs. It'll feature a full single-player campaign, as well as the option for co-op and the opportunity for an additional player to take the role of Dungeon Master."

As the Planescape RP server of NWN2 is regaining relevancy, I've been running about a bit, spreading the good news and trying to add up wind to the sails.

It'd be nice of you to come check us out! With our massive map, endless list of classes and races, along with a fantastic community and a new, incredibly helpful staff, there will surely be something for you!

I'd like to drop a line on a server as well. Though it is an older server it is in the midst of a lot of updates and improvements. The server is wonderful and the staff is kind and courteous. If you're looking for a great place to pop in and get involved immediately The Kingdom of Silversun is a wonderful place to come in and set your roots. The player base is small but will only grow as more and more people give this wonderful server a try. I hope to see you there!
