The Oxfordshire Skirmishers

We are a skirmisher detachment in the queens royal regiment on foot. Almost every evening at 7pm GMT we play events in Holdfast : Nations at War.

Our detachment is formed originally from our rifle and lights detachments but since both roles are skirm roles, we thought it best to merge the two companies in one.

After a long vote we decided on the name Oxfordshire Skirmishers to represent a historical regiment called the 52nd Oxfordshire Regiment on foot. Keeping the tradition in the queens royal regiment of picking names after historical regiment or detachments.
