Auto team balance replacement

I've written an auto team balance replacement (the part that moves the next player that dies to the other team, unrelated to scramble) inspired by the Natural Selection 2 spawn system. It's currently running only on some servers so if you have not noticed anything different it may not be there. From those that has noticed it has gotten a mostly positive response, though some recent negative comments calls for an explanation.

Since it can be a bit difficult to understand what it's all about since the system is more complex than the usual auto team balance function, I have illustrated how it works in detail, compared to the system it replaces (and some of the problems it has).

An update on Cashworks

The community map Cashworks will be coming to #05 after the positive feedback during the playtest, however we need to do some work on our backend first to make sure downloads are fast. If you're not familiar with Cashworks yet you can get more information at the link below.
