Since SEGA's 60th Anniversary is coming up,
they decided to put it as great addition to the event!

You'll need to watch the Livestream around 10+ min (or 30+ min due to massive people watching too)!
Then you'll get the following rewards popping up on your Steam Notification Inventory:

Just adding that, you cannot get any drops if you are Limited Account on Steam probably due to Steam restrictions on those accounts.
