Server Suggestions?

Hi everybody in the group, I still plan on creating a server. If everything goes through and I do make a server do you guys have any suggestions with it? Feel free to comment on this posting any suggestions, and i would appreciate it! Also, what game mode should the server be? Thanks for reading this!

If I do decide to make a server, there will be 2 servers. But I only need suggestions for one of them! The other server will be BHOP or SURF. So suggest the game mode for the other server! (and any other suggestions you can think of)

Hello everybody, i will possibly be needing somebody to be a moderator/officer on this steam group just to help overall with some things, you will have the power to kick players out of the group, moderate the chat, and etc etc. If you are interested please comment on this discussion/announcement then add me and we can chat about the position. This group may be getting a server, and you would also be Super Admin on it, which would help the future server tremendously!

Requirements- (dont have to met them all, i would prefer you too. it depends on which one you dont meet)

-At least the age of 16 (depends on maturity)

-Mature.

-Friendly.

-Strict, but not an ass about having adm powers.

-Fair.

-Easy to talk with about things involving the server.

-Knows decent english.

-Willing to deal with people who you may not particularly like.

There may be more requirements added on, if I think of anymore. Also i may be selecting more than 1 person to be mod/officer. Leave a comment saying you would like to be mod/officer and then add me via steam.
