Can't join a family
My brother can't join my family, encountering this error :

You are ineligible to join this Steam Family at this time, as your Steam activity does not indicate that you are in the same household as other members of this family

We're living in the same country, both set in account profile. I've even tried to use his account but it doesn't work.

What are we doing wrong ?

I hope you can solve it, I have 3 friends who live in the same city and 0 problems, but there is one who cannot join the family group and I don't understand why.

Here is the Steam Support mail about this :

"We understand your issue.

Firstly, to be able to use Steam Families you will need to opt in to Beta.

Also, Steam Families is intended for members of the same household. Your Steam activity does not indicate you are in the same household as the other members.

Steam support is not able to modify or remove this restriction.

So now you just need to be in same house...So stupid, Valve should name it same household sharing and not FAMILY sharing ffs
