Gplay vs 1337

Gplay is an inconsistent team but they have some amazing aimers and they've been together for a long time with no roster changes which contributes to their good teamwork. Property were quite a good T2 team in spring but they've slumped a lot and they lost their sponsor (now they are 1337). Devilwalk is playing for them but he's not had consistent competitive experience for 9 months and whilst they have been scrimming Devilwalk's experience for the last 9 months amounts to subbing for fnatic when they needed him. He has never stood out in any of the games he subbed but he didn't play badly either. I'm going low on Gplay's aimstars and experience here because I haven't seen sufficient evidence for 1337 being out of their slump.

TSM vs Na'Vi / HR

Skip this game unless the odds go to below 70/30 favoured for TSM. I think we'll see a TSM out to prove something today, and Na'Vi is in the way of a Fnatic / TSM bo5 final (get hype). Don't see TSM having much trouble with this Na'Vi since they haven't shown much spark so far this LAN and they definitely aren't Lan'Vi.

Mouz vs winner of 1337 / Gplay

No matter which way you cut it these odds are dumb considering mouz is one of the biggest 'upset/throw' teams (win low odds games, lose high odds games). Low or ICB underdog

nV vs HR

nV are slowly getting out of their horrible slump and aren't playing like they are wearing blindfolds anymore. They trashed fnatic (-krimz -olof) on train earlier this week and they've beaten HR 16-3 on it before. HR lost to mouz yesterday and they aren't as hot as they were last week.

My Bet : Large on nV

TSM vs Flipside

Map is inferno, TSM's best map. TSM played well yesterday against Na'Vi but Flipside haven't been playing bad either. I'm going to skip this one unless the odds get to 80/20 in which case I'll place a high bet on TSM

TSM vs Na'Vi

My bet here will largely depend on how well TSM play against Flipside but I like these odds for a TSM bet as the map is again on inferno. TSM have beaten Na'Vi on Inferno 3/4 times they've played it as well.

Mouz vs Neophyte

Neophyte have shown that they are a decent team capable of upsets (managing to beat nV on D2 even though they lost the bo3) but they haven't put up any big results against other T2 teams in bo3s recently and this mouz lineup is pretty strong. neophyte have next to no experience playing against proper T2s and get most of their wins off of T3 teams, and in this instance they are overhyped. Mouz deserve way higher odds here so im going with them.

nV vs SK

These odds aren't worth betting on at all, skip this.

HR vs encore

Again, pretty crap odds. Don't get drawn into betting underdog here because half of encore's lineup (ex 3dmax) just retired and they only have 2/5 of the original 3max lineup. HR have looked great recently especially with mou but they made some questionable decisions in their match yesterday which was kinda annoying. HR should win this for sure but the odds are pretty ♥♥♥♥.

Flipside vs G2

Flipside are a massive form team and at the moment they are in form, beating Dignitas 3-0 in a bo5 and 2-0ing a weak LGB side. They got a 1-1 with Na'Vi and Dignitas in the last week as well. G2 looked pretty poor in their first map vs Dignitas yesterday but picked it up in the second. They had an unimpressive win against Kinguin and got stomped by HR 16-3 16-3 after winning the first map. I like the odds for a flipside bet here.

Na'Vi vs Penta

Odds are ♥♥♥♥ but this is probably just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for a Na'Vi bet considering Penta's poor recent form, map favouring Na'Vi and Na'Vi's good form.

TSM vs nV

Map is inferno and nV are still pretty shaky although they have shown signs of returning to past form. I have to bet TSM here because they've looked so much better on inferno than nV has in recent times.

nV vs Kinguin

Nice odds for an nV bet here - I still don't trust Kinguin's roster to pull out results unless Scream drops 40 bombs. nV looking better and better recently and whilst they might struggle vs other T1s giving them 55/45 odds against Kinguin is silly.

Flipside vs inShock

Flipside are clearly the better team and inShock's match history is literally just T5 games. Don't think we'll be seeing an upset here in a bo3.

Titan vs Na'Vi

Don't like these odds between T1 teams and Titan almost beat NiP on D2 yesterday.

EnVyUs vs Gplay

I really don't like the 90/10 odds (at time of writing). nV have shown themselves to be both susceptible to slump and ddos / internet issues these last few weeks and I'm never going to favour nV with 90/10 odds with how they are playing currently. If you have to bet here, put an ICB on Gplay but you should be skipping this one.

Dignitas vs G2

I have to favour dignitas here because I can't find a single match in recent playing history when G2 actually beat dignitas. Not sure if dupreeh is subbing in for kjaerbye or what because he played yesterday but I think it's a fairly even trade and since these danish teams are constantly swapping players around there won't be any comms issues in dignitas. Dig's recent history has been a bit spotty but so has G2's, and i don't see G2 taking this in straight maps considering they've struggled to take maps off Dignitas entirely.

My Bet: Medium (10%) on Dignitas

VP vs Na'Vi

Map is cache which Na'Vi always struggle on. Past matchups on Cache went (16-9, 16-5) to VP which are two clear victories. VP loveeee cache, and Na'Vi hate it. I really really like these VP odds (54-46 at time of writing).

My Bet: Medium (10%) on VP

NiP vs Fnatic

Map is D2 - fnatic have looked stronger on D2 recently but it's definitely one of NiP's best maps and I think that a small bet on NiP is the best option here considering fnatic is missing olof and it's a map that favours NiP.

My Bet: Small (5%) on NiP

Na'Vi vs Dignitas

88/12 (at time of writing) odds are stupid. With 90/10 odds, you are basically saying dignitas only have a 1/10 chance of winning or drawing this match. To me, that's silly. ICB Dig or skip.

Titan vs Penta

Two inconsistent teams, ridiculous odds? not worth the bet on either team considering the other matches available today.

Fnatic vs HR

On any other map I would have gone with a small bet on HR but with Fnatic having a 65% winrate on Overpass playing against generally better teams than HR does with only a 55% winrate I think these odds are pretty justified. These teams met halfway through april in a bo3, HR won first map and then fnatic beat them 16-2 on Overpass- I really wouldn't feel confident with an underdog bet on a map that they lost so heavily on before.

Wait for the other games before you bet on the last few games. If Titan struggles against Penta at all, then NiP is the best bet for the Dust2 game. If VP struggle to beat Na'Vi on cache I would be cautious about betting VP vs Dignitas but the map is Mirage which is one of VP's best although Dig are also pretty good at it. If Dig look strong today or the odds get very high then just ICB dignitas because they love to upset and this is VP we're talking about.
