Patch 3.4.1 release + changelog

We are very proud to present the latest patch in the Wikinger journey. Mod version 3.4.1 is available now on Steam, it will be on moddb in the next day or so.

Hi@mongalong247-I found several bugs. OKW's weitmann Tiger tank and eiserner wille's three Tiger tanks cannot give priority to attacking vehicles. This function has no effect. I hope you can test it. Thank you.
